Non-Profit Eligibility

To qualify for Non-Profit Licensing, organizations in the U.S. must be qualified as �501(c)3 organizations or specific �509 organizations, as defined by the United States Internal Revenue Code.

Organizations must demonstrate their qualifying tax status with documentation through securing a copy of eligibility certification or by verifying the organization through the IRS before orders can be placed.

Non-Profit licenses are for the exclusive use of the eligible purchasing agency and cannot be resold. Nonprofit licenses may not be exported outside the United States nor sold or transferred to affiliates outside the United States.

Adobe products MUST be shipped to the address of the organization as shown on the IRS 501c3 letter.

Hospitals not wholly owned by a university

Health Management Organizations (HMOs), or other like for-profit health management organizations

Preferred Provider Organizations (PPOs)

Federally funded research laboratories

Government organizations (agencies or groups listed at firstgov.gov for US entities

Political organizations

Labor or fraternal organizations

Nonprofit lobbyist groups
